Abstract

The E-Pasabim: An Incident Reporting Mobile Application with Geospatial Emergency Response Services in Lingayen aims to streamline emergency reporting and management. This study addresses the inefficiencies of traditional reporting systems, which often result in delays and miscommunication. The project uses a descriptive-developmental research design to identify incident reporting challenges, design innovative features, and evaluate system performance.

The system incorporates geospatial technology to enable users to report incidents through an intuitive mobile application. Key features include real-time GPS tagging, a responsive admin dashboard for incident management, and automated responder assignments. The research process included interviews with local government agencies, usability tests, and system functionality evaluations. The results showed that the system scored an average of 4.36 in key areas like functionality, design, user-friendliness, navigation, and information delivery. This emphasizes how effective it is at improving coordination during emergencies. Recommendations focus on scaling the system and integrating additional features like real-time notifications and expanded user support. E-Pasabim is poised to transform emergency management in Lingayen by fostering efficient communication between citizens and responders, ensuring faster and more effective responses to emergencies.
