Abstract

An inventive automated scheduling tool called "Budget Beauty Bliss Finder" was created to improve salon administration in Pangasinan.  Inefficiencies in conventional appointment scheduling techniques, such as manual record-keeping, duplicate bookings, and accessibility issues, were the focus of this study.  In order to maximize salon operations and client pleasure, the project aimed to create an intuitive platform that combines online booking, real-time scheduling updates, secure data storage, and administrative capabilities.

The Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology and a descriptive developmental strategy were used in the study to ensure iterative changes based on user feedback.  Using a 5-point Likert scale, salon owners, employees, and customers assessed the system's usability, functionality, dependability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability.  The system's primary features were its user-friendly interface, secure data management, and platform adaptability. The results showed a high acceptability level, with an overall grade of 4.208, classified as "Excellent" and "Highly Acceptable."

According to the study's findings, putting in place an automated scheduling system greatly enhances salon operations by improving customer satisfaction, cutting down on scheduling errors, and simplifying appointment management.  Future suggestions include enhancing data security protocols, increasing user testing, and upgrading the user interface to make it more accessible.  The system’s adaptable architecture also supports potential scalability to other regions and industries, broadening its impact within the service sector.
