Abstract

The study titled A Smart Seminar-Suit: A PWA Seminar and Training Monitoring System and Automated Certification Generator focuses or centers around some of the critical problems in managing seminars and training programs including but not limited to participant monitoring, attendance, and issuance of certificates at the end of each activity. Such traditional systems delay and create boundaries for easy management, which eventually leads to increased administrative work. All these are possible with an integration of Progressive Web Application (PWA) using AI technology, which helps in tracking a user every minute and generating certificates automatically based on the input it gets from the user. The system comes with a simplistic user interface ensuring timely and precise certification by attendance and performance. Ultimately, it reduces administrative burdens, reduces errors, and improves efficiency in managing a seminar. The research defines those problems in management and proposes an automated solution and tests it in a real-world setup scenario. All these tasks will be streamlined in registering, obtaining feedback, and quickly generating a certificate, which can then allow the Smart Seminar-Suit system to emerge as an esteemed improvement regarding satisfaction with users using it and event management overall. As a complete modernization of seminar and training management, this will prove very instrumental for organizers and participants on board.
