Abstract

This study focused on the development of "Tap2Go: Enhancing the Convenience and Sustainability of LPG and Water Refilling Station," which was specifically designed to meet the needs of businesses supplying these essential products in Lingayen, Pangasinan. The researchers committed to planning, analyzing, designing, and developing a mobile-based delivery application for LPG and water refilling stations. The study utilized the Feature-Driven Development (FDD) methodology along with data instrumentation techniques to analyze responses gathered through internet research, library research, interviews, surveys, and observations. By applying the weighted mean method, the acceptability test results were determined to be 'very functional' indicating acceptability among LPG and water refilling stations and their consumers. In conclusion, the delivery application provided an efficient way to place orders for LPG and water refilling stations. To improve the system further, it was recommended that the researchers implement real-time order tracking capabilities, enabling customers to monitor their orders using a mapping interface.
