Abstract

The study, “Student Portal Integration at Prime Brilliant Minds Academy,” aimed to address the challenges of prolonged enrollment processing and difficulty in monitoring student status by developing a streamlined student portal. The integration of technology in education enhanced efficiency, accessibility, and centralization, offering benefits such as collaborative learning, data management, and affordability while modernizing educational systems. The study's objectives focused on creating a reliable portal for online enrollment and student grading. Researchers utilized surveys, interviews, and application testing, emphasizing quantitative methods to assess usability, functionality, and system efficiency. Initial testing revealed partial compliance with ISO 25010 standards, highlighting areas for improvement in security, accessibility, and overall satisfaction. Through iterative testing and refinements, the PBMA Student Portal evolved into a user-friendly and highly functional platform. By the second round of evaluations, it exceeded ISO 25010 standards, ensuring a secure, accessible, and efficient solution tailored to its diverse users. The study concluded that continuous assessments aligned with ISO standards were essential to maintain system quality and address evolving educational and technological demands.
