VAXTRACK: INTEGRATING WEB-BASED VACCINATION SYSTEM FOR HEALTH CENTER
Abstract
VaxTrack is a web-based system created to help health centers organize vaccinations more effectively. It solves problems such as messy records, slow processes, and difficulty in finding patient information. This project aims to make it easier to register for vaccinations, keep records accurate, and send reminders to patients and health workers. The system includes easy-to-use tools, automatic scheduling, and safe data storage, making the vaccination process smoother and more efficient. The system was created using modern methods and tested to make sure it works well. Feedback showed that it saves time, reduces mistakes, and makes things easier for health workers and patients. The study showed that VaxTrack improved the workflow at Barangay Talogtog Health Center by saving time, reducing mistakes, and making processes more organized. However, the system needs the internet to work, which can be a problem in areas with poor internet connection. The researchers suggest adding an offline feature, training users, and using the system in more health centers. In the future, the system can be improved by adding an offline mode, connecting with other health systems, and giving more training to users. The system can also be used in more health centers. These changes will make VaxTrack even more useful and improve health services.
